The Opportunity

Paapri is expanding its Manufacturing Solutions Team to reach a wider base of small to mid-sized manufacturers through our PCT Flex Platform, NetSuite Manufacturing Solutions, and the Paapri Solution Toolbox.
We’re looking for Account Executives who understand manufacturing operations, can open doors, and enjoy helping businesses adopt technology that drives measurable impact.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle — from discovery and solution design through closing — while representing a company whose mission is simple:

Transforming Manufacturing Through Innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business within the manufacturing ERP and technology space.
• Understand client processes, challenges, and goals to recommend tailored solutions.
• Present and position Paapri’s NetSuite Manufacturing Solutions, PCT Flex Platform, and integrated software ecosystem.
• Partner closely with Paapri’s NetSuite Solution Consultants to craft value-based proposals that align with customer needs.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into NetSuite and PCT Flex solution strategies.
• Manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve revenue targets.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.

What You Bring

• 3–7 years’ experience in ERP or manufacturing software sales.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, production, or supply chain processes.
• Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

:

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Infor CSI/Syteline, Syspro, Acumatica, Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience selling NetSuite or related cloud ERP modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, WIP & Routing, or Advanced Financials).
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
