What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Coach and guide a team of sales professionals to exceed goals, develop skills, and follow proven sales protocols.
• Support & Oversight: Perform ride-alongs to ensure your team is executing at a high level, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Grow the Team: Help shape a high-performance sales culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and consistent results.
• Focus on Leadership, Not Micromanaging: We provide field sales trainers, qualified leads, and a proven system — your job is to lead, not close every deal.

• Experienced in sales leadership and team management, ideally in home services, roofing, or similar industries.
• Motivated to build, coach, and grow a team of ambitious salespeople.
• Organized, energetic, and results-driven, with strong communication and mentoring skills.

3 Tier Sales Commission Bonus structure

Quota is 10.8 MM @ 2% of GP (@30%) Incentive= 64,800 (@35%)= 75,600

Expected is 12.9 MM @ 3% of GP(@30%)Incentive= 116,000 (@35%)=135,450

Goal is 15 MM @ 4% of GP (@30%) Incentive= 180,000 (@35%)=210,000
