We are looking for a top performing sales manager. To manage our elite sales team. Must have 10+ years industry experience. Not a learning curve position.
The sales manager is responsible for performance, tracking, training and recruiting of our sales team. Run weekly sales meetings and set individual goals with the sales team and group goals. Sales manager will coordinate with the marketing manager and production manager to schedule home shows and events. You will be responsible for checking to make sure your sales team is providing a premium customer experience.
Our approach consultative and our objective is to educate our customers. Teach them about our products and installation so they are able to make an educated decision themselves. The Sales Manager will support and teach that role.
-Rehash all the unsold customers that had a demo and did not sign. Check with the customers to see if the rep brought in samples, explained everything and explained our monthly specials and financing options. You will be paid an incentive for this.
-Must have experience (10+) years of in home remodeling sales.
-Understand how to measure and quote windows, doors, siding, and bathrooms.
-Be available for reps in the field to coach and support them in their sales.
-Handle disgruntled customers in a calm, positive and direct manner to find a reasonable solution. "put out fires"
-Extremely organized and able to help reps manage their time and build a schedule.
-Fully utilize our CRM and make sure sales team is entering all the data.
-Schedule post install follow ups for the sales reps after job is complete.
-Go on ride alongs and shadow reps to make sure they are utilizing all their tools and steps.
-Have ability to learn new programs and technology as we incorporate them into our company processes.
-Must be great with computers, quoting programs, smart phones etc…
The right candidate will have a proven track record of performance in the industry and a great attitude.
You must be competitive and coachable. Fast paced “do it now” attitude is ideal. You have to get things done and work well with the rest of the team. Clear communication is essential and delivering results.
