As our Project Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in managing and expanding our infrastructure projects, ensuring our services remain efficient and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Oversee Projects: Manage the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including fiber optics, copper, and wireless networks.
• Team Leadership: Guide a team of skilled technicians and engineers in the installation and maintenance of our facilities.
• Project Management: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure conditions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to streamline project completion.
• Network Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, addressing issues promptly.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports of project activities.
• Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and sales departments to achieve company objectives.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in project management or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques.
• Safety and Quality: Proven experience in Safety and Quality Control.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project planning and management.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
