Reporting to a highly energetic, approachable and proven commercial leader. The successful Repair Sales Manager is responsible to drive sales and promotion of in-house repair capabilities. Work closely with technical and commercial teams to develop new repair solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to RFQs and prepare competitive proposals.
• Review and approve repair quotations to meet margin targets.
• Support negotiations for long-term customer agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare marketing pitches.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
• Coordinate repair activities with internal teams to meet TAT and SLA targets.
• Monitor inventory and parts procurement for repair programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation repair sales.
• Engineering/technical background is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen, customer oriented, and culturally adaptable.
