Overview:

Spirit Energy Services, LLC is expanding and looking for an experienced

Regional Sales & Business Development Manager

to lead sales, marketing, and team-building for our new industrial waste handling facility serving the Greater Pittsburgh, Weirton, and Akron-Canton areas.

This is a key leadership role responsible for launching and growing a new profit center offering comprehensive environmental services including:

Field services including specialty vacs, roll-offs, filter bin management

Industrial wastewater pretreatment

Oil recycling

Filter management and disposal

Drum/oily debris handling (non-hazardous)

We’re seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, specifically in industrial services, waste management, or environmental sectors.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and lead sales and marketing strategy for a new regional facility

Build and manage a high-performing sales team

Identify new business opportunities across multiple industries

Build lasting relationships with key industrial and energy clients

Collaborate with operations to deliver excellent service

Track performance, set goals, and drive revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of industrial/environmental services sales experience

Proven sales leadership and team-building skills

Strong industry knowledge and customer network

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel throughout the region
