In this role, you'll be a vital part of our team, using your expertise to forecast and manage demand across the EMEA Central region. Your efforts will ensure that our supply chain aligns perfectly with customer needs for our diverse climate solutions. Your impact Collect and analyze regional market insights for a regional cluster of Sales markets Communicate with Global Demand Planning team on a regular basis about changes in market environment Maintain local demand database (demand drivers & drainers) Prepare bottom up sales plan for a regional cluster of Sales markets Review local S&OP plans against realization period to period Challenge and support sales teams on improving forecast accuracy Who you are Your work forms the foundation of our demand planning, thanks to your team-oriented approach and reliance on facts. Additionally, you bring strong mathematical and statistical knowledge to the table. You also possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English including the ability to conduct demand review meetings Sales Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and IBP Solid understanding of inventory management Even if you don't fulfill all of the above but are ready to take this challenge on as a next step, go ahead and press “Apply” anyway.
