Refrigeration Engineer\n\n Manchester £51,027 + Overtime + Bonus + Benefits\n\n Hours: Typically 8am - 5pm with flexibility required\n Start Date: ASAP\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering supermarket refrigeration systems across Manchester area.\n\nThe role involves planned and reactive maintenance on supermarket chiller units, display refrigeration, and warehouse cold storage equipment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance\nService supermarket chillers, display units, and warehouse refrigeration systems\nDiagnose faults and recommend replacements where required\nComplete technical and compliance paperwork accurately\nEnsure works are completed within agreed response times\nParticipate in 1 in 4 call-out rota\nMaintain high health & safety and customer service standards\n\nRequirements\n\nProven commercial/supermarket refrigeration experience\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\nExperience with planned and reactive maintenance\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nPackage\n\n£51,027 basic salary\nOvertime: 1.5x Mon-Sat / 2x Sunday\n£500 quarterly bonus during first year\n33 days holiday including bank holidays\n5% employer pension contribution\nPrivate healthcare & life insurance\nLong-term career progression opportunitiesRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
