About the company



Our client is a RC Frame and Groundworks subcontractor, with a turnover of over £70m. The client is covering projects across the Home Counties and Bedfordshire. Projects vary; our client offers services to Residential, Commercial and Civil related projects.



About the Role



This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects within reinforced concrete structures supporting the successful delivery of high-profile Civil related schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgetary control, and driving profitability.



About the requirements



* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar



* Previous experience in working with a Civil Engineering, Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor.



* Proven experience managing project budgets from £5m - £10m
