A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy and play a key commercial role on a career-defining £110 million+ public sector masterplan.



This prestigious programme comprises twelve integrated building projects delivered as part of a coordinated campus-style redevelopment - including new builds, complex refurbishments and modernisations. Key Responsibilities



As a Quantity Surveyor on this flagship programme, you will:



* Manage full cost planning, estimation and budget setting across multiple building packages



* Prepare tender documentation, manage procurement and analyse contractor bids



* Administer NEC3/4 contracts including early warnings, compensation events and change control



* Produce valuations, interim payments, cost reports and final accounts



* Undertake risk management, forecasting and value engineering



* Provide commercial advice and support to the wider project and client teams



* Monitor contractor performance, variations and financial progress



* Work collaboratively with Project Managers, design teams, and public sector stakeholders



Ideal Candidate Profile



You’ll be a great fit if you have:



* 5+ years’ post-grad Quantity Surveying experience within construction or infrastructure



* Strong NEC3/4 contract experience (essential)



* Experience working on multi-building, complex or public sector projects



* Confident, client-facing communication skills



* Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams



* Professional qualification or progression toward MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent
