Quality Team Leader (Engineering / ISO 9001)
£38,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Quality Team Leader, Supervisor or similar from an engineering background looking to join a global company who supply into multiple industries across the globe, offering a highly autonomous and responsible role with direct progression into a Quality Manager position?

In this role, you will be running the QMS within the business, in a role that balances both office-based work with hands-on-related problem solving. Once up to speed, you will be directly managing a team of 6 having a heavy influence on the future success of this long-standing business.

Founded over 50 years ago, this precision engineering company specialise in producing precision milled and turned parts across the globe, with ambitions to keep their 100+ team growing and developing.

This role will suit someone from an engineering, manufacturing or similar background with ambitions of managing their own team, within a market-leading company who invests into their employees.
