Toledo manufacturer seeks experienced Quality Manager to lead inspection department in manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or automotive.

• Lead and manage the Quality department.
• Perform in-house inspections and audits.
• CNC Machining knowledge.
• Operate and program CMM equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee gage calibration, inspection tools, and documentation control.
• Work directly with machinists and production staff to catch and correct issues.
• Maintain quality records, generate quality metrics, and report results to leadership.
• Manage or assist with supplier quality control and incoming inspections.

$25-30/hour + benefits / 1st shift (some OT)
