Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Inspector Job Description We are a precision CNC manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector. The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring that machined parts meet both the specifications of the drawings and the customer's quality standards. Schedule & Pay Pay: $22-$26/hr 1st Shift: M-TH 6am- 4:30pm & Fri 6am – 2:30 overtime 2nd Shift: M-TH 4:15pm - 2:45am Responsibilities Conduct inspections of incoming materials. Perform in-process inspections of products. Ensure machined parts meet tight tolerance and customer quality standards. Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Conduct first article inspections. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Essential Skills Extensive experience with measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience with first article inspections. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Basic computer and documentation skills. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma. Experience with PCDMIS software (CMMS system). Experience inspecting metals/tools in a shop setting. Why Work Here?
