Are you an experienced Quality Engineer on the look out for a new challenge? ​​​​​​​



We are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join a major, international manufacturer that can boast a first class reputation for excellence in Hereford. As Quality Engineer you will:



- Uphold the highest standards of compliance whilst taking the lead on reducing production defects and promoting a culture of no fault forward and Right First-Time



- Ensure that quality, technical and operational support services are provided to all levels of the business, ensuring products are produced to the requirements of the manufacturing processes



- Use industry standard problem-solving tools, first class influencing and project management skills to lead continuous process and product improvements



- Take ownership of Complaints and Escapes, leading all aspects of the process, from notification through to verification and closure with customer



- Manage on-conformance by owning or leading all aspects of the process. Including, but not limited to monitoring, measurement and reporting of non-conformance performance.



- Use problem solving techniques to a successful resolution whilst also looking at risk management and all the aspects involved in it



- Host external audits and internally audit processes and suppliers



- Ensure all actions clearly documented, consolidated, communicated, prioritised, and escalated (where required) to ensure the successful completion of business demands



- Conduct and or lead certification and release paperwork checks (overchecks), as and when required.
