Job Description
Join an established manufacturing team dedicated to high-quality production and continuous improvement. As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring product and process reliability by driving root cause analysis, quality planning, and compliance. You'll collaborate across departments to support product development, manage corrective actions, and improve inspection systems. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing quality team with a customer-focused mindset.Responsibilities:
• Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using Six Sigma, DFSS, and lean methodologies
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for internal and external quality issues
• Evaluate product/process changes and enforce compliance with customer and regulatory standards
• Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) and integrate quality planning early in development
• Design, develop, and implement custom inspection tools and fixtures for quality assuranceQualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 7-10 years of industry experience with at least 3-5 years in a Quality Engineering role
• Proficient in statistical analysis, GD&T, and interpreting engineering drawings
• Experience with SolidWorks, Microsoft Excel, and quality systems including ISO 13485
• Lean Six Sigma certification and familiarity with injection molding processes a plusBenefits and Perks:
