Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a driven, honest, independent and intelligent candidate to replace them. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the quality department as well as internal and external audits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Quality team
• Provide great value to our customers through continuous improvements, delivering quality products on time and meeting specifications through established quality objectives
• Audit internal processes and coach improvements
• Collect, analyze and recommend improvements based on data
• Track and report KPI's
• Proactive to the improvement of the company
• Develop and update procedures and work instructions as needed to conform to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015
• Respond to supplier corrective action requests
• Lead production part approval process
• Manage external audits and accountable to results

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial quality systems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• AS9100D Lead Auditor Certificate along with systems audit experience required
• 5 years' experience in ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100D quality environment required
• BS/BA required
