Quality Final Inspector - Innovative Medical Devices

Are you ready to join a cutting-edge team working on groundbreaking medical devices? We are seeking a skilled Quality Final Inspector to play a crucial role in inspecting and ensuring the quality of our advanced products within the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business group. As a key member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work with an innovative product line and contribute to the success of the Image Guided Therapy Device (IGTD) business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and disposition final products for distribution, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Management, Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, and Contract Manufacturing.
• Develop, create, and implement inspection procedures, documenting non-conformance reports and final product release documentation.
• Conduct audits of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) quality system and communicate findings to management.
• Ensure quality inspection activities align with GMPs, FDA, ISO Requirements, and Company Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Quality experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Medical Device Industry.
• AA degree or higher in Science, Business, or Engineering discipline; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical methods, Risk Management, and Failure Modes and Effects (FMEA) analysis.
• Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO13485.
• Proficient in MS Office; computer literacy is required.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of 21 CFR 820 and exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, with clear and effective communication skills.
