Python Engineer - Asset Management firm - 6 month rolling contract

Search Technology is proud to be partnered with a Global Leading Investment Management firm who has over £50BN in AUM and an outstanding reputation as well as track record. The last decade has seen the business go through a drastic technological transformation with an ever-growing Software Engineering department. The company is going through a rapid expansion and is currently hiring additional contractors to support with a number of critical projects. No financial experience is required!

This will be an original 6 month contract which has every possibility to extend (not concrete but more than likely) and is paying circa £500 per day, inside of IR35

Requirements:

✔5+ years of commercial experience working as a Python Engineer

✔ Experience with another language such as PHP

✔Experience working with API's such as Flask, FastAPI

✔Strong experience querying MySQL Databases

✔Very strong communication skills
