Purchasing Agent/Estimator – Electrical Services Division

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with estimates for Electrical Field Services, Compressors, and Automation/Controls projects.

• Coordinate and execute purchasing activities across all three groups, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.

• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project requirements.

• Maintain accuracy in estimating and purchasing documentation.

• Balance cost control with quality and schedule demands to contribute to overall project success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and/or estimating within an industrial, construction, or service environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost analysis and documentation.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Background in electrical services, compressors, or automation/controls projects.

• Familiarity with vendor and subcontractor coordination in a project-based environment.

Work Conditions

• On-site, full-time position reporting to the Project Manager.
