MANUFACTURING PUMP MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

SAN ANTONIO TX 78264

Snelling Staffing is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Pump Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX 78264 to join a mechanical maintenance team at an automotive manufacturing plant located on the south side of San Antonio. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities and equipment. PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

● Starting at $23.50-$25.00/hr DOE

● South San Antonio, TX area

● 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

● 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

● 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

○ (must be able to train on 1st shift 6:00 AM-2:30 PM)

MANUFACTURING PUMP MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

● Diagnose and repair various high-pressure water pumps and associated systems, involving mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, component replacement, preventative maintenance

● Perform routine maintenance and repairs on paint shop equipment, including spray booths, conveyors, and robotic systems

● Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime

● Monitor and maintain paint delivery systems to ensure optimal performance and quality standards

● Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and inspections to uphold safety and operational efficiency

MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

● Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check

● Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods

● Have reliable transportation

● Basic knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
