Project Quantity Surveyor – High End Refurbishment\n\nMayfair, London \nSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 + package\nPermanent \nStart: June 2026 We’re working with a well-established principal contractor delivering a high-specification £25m design & build project in Mayfair and are looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.\n \nThe scheme is a 7-storey private members club comprising shell & core plus high-end fit-out works, due for completion in the Spring of 2028,\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior/intermediate QS looking to develop under the guidance of an experienced Managing QS on a complex and design-led central London project.\n \nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nAssisting with the commercial management of subcontract packages\nProcurement support and issuing purchase orders\nSupporting valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts\nSite measurement and progress tracking\nAttending subcontractor and site meetings\nReviewing invoices and maintaining accurate commercial records\nSupporting tender analysis and package procurement\nWorking closely with the Senior QS and wider project team throughout delivery\nCandidates should ideally have:\nA Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification\nSome industry experience with a main contractor or subcontractor\nStrong numerical and organisational skills\nGood communication and IT skills \nA proactive attitude and willingness to learn\n \nExposure to fit-out, refurbishment or high-specification projects would be advantageous\n \nThis role would suit an ambitious Assistant or Project QS looking for genuine long-term development and exposure to a prestigious London project from early construction through to completion
