An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor delivering a major healthcare refurbishment scheme in West London.\n\nThe successful candidate will take the lead on a live hospital ward refurbishment project, managing works from pre-construction through to completion while ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.\n\nThis role would suit a strong construction professional with refurbishment experience within complex live environments. Previous healthcare project experience is desirable; however, strong NEC contract knowledge is essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead day-to-day project delivery on live hospital ward refurbishment works\nManage programme, cost, quality, and subcontractor performance\nCoordinate site teams, consultants, and client stakeholders\nEnsure works are delivered safely and in line with NHS and infection control requirements\nDrive programme performance and resolve project risks/issues proactively\nAdminister and manage NEC contract obligations\nMaintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with all health & safety procedures and company standards\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects as a Project Manager\nNEC contract experience is mandatory\nExperience working for a Tier 1 Principal Contractor \nHealthcare/NHS project experience desirable\nStrong understanding of live environment construction delivery\nExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skills\nSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications \n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nOpportunity to deliver a high-profile healthcare refurbishment project\nLong-term pipeline of secured work\nCompetitive salary/day rate and benefits package\nCareer progression within a leading construction businessPlease apply with an up-to-date CV and relevant project experience.\n\n(url removed)\n\n(phone number removed)
