A Healthcare Construction Remodel company Superintendent is needed. Good pay and steady work. Heavy in-state and cross-state travel is required. Per diem paid for travel. Some benefits are provided. Pay is dependent on experience.

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Determine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member
• Make sure that the project is being completed effectively on time and within budget
• Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary
• Create reports for upper management that the project has achieved its objectives
• Preferred 5 years in a Superintendent role
