Our client, a well-established construction company specializing in Design-build, commercial construction, industrial construction,  steel erection and pre-engineered metal buildings, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile PEMB projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage complete PEMB project lifecycle - preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and support staff
• Serve as primary client contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with PEMB manufacturers for design approvals and delivery schedules
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Drive cost control and value engineering initiatives

What You Need

Experience:

• 7-10+ years construction project management experience
• Minimum 5 years managing PEMB projects specifically
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget

Skills:

• Knowledge of PEMB systems and erection processes
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with various contract types (lump sum, GMP, cost-plus)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience
• OSHA 30 certification
