Construction Project Manager - Kent, WA

$75-$85k/yr DOE + Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle + Paid Time Off + 401K Participation

Skills and knowledge:

• Minimum of 2 years of Construction experience with an emphasis on Restoration and/or Reconstruction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic planner capable of managing multiple projects at various stages of construction
• Ability to interpret building plans, estimates, and change orders
• Effective negotiator, a strong understanding of budget adherence and purchase order issuance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional presentation skills with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel various Cloud-based scheduling software such as Buildertrend
• Experience working with various jurisdictions and permitting/inspection procedures
• Ability to conduct weekly safety toolbox talks and site-specific safety reviews, including implementing methods to minimize risk
• Established a positive reputation with local subcontractors,
