Position Summary:
V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking highly experienced and strategic candidates to serve as Project Manager III in Washington, DC. This senior-level role is responsible for supervising and managing large, complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget constraints, and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s )
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Strong communication skills for client and contractor engagement
  • Ability to prepare and present detailed project status reports
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Deep understanding of government contracting and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise, manage, and oversee large and complex projects
• Set and manage project timelines, deadlines, and budgets
• Delegate responsibilities to junior project managers and ensure team alignment
• Maintain high-level communication with contractors and clients regarding staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
• Prepare and deliver project status reports; ensure adherence to project specifications
• Identify obstacles and lead the development and implementation of solutions
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time, and remain within budget
• Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle
