Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager is expected develop and maintain a client base, manage Fire Sprinkler sales, and manage the field labor for each projectThe Project Manager will use judgement and discretion in representing the companyHe/she is expected to show a high level of commitment and involvement with his/her work and the companys businessThe Project Manager is the single source responsibility to ACCO and the customerPerform all project management functions required to promote and finalize sales including concept engineering, complete estimates, written proposals, direct meetings, to successful job completionSuccessful management of contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and executionScheduling of field labor and installation sequencingUnderstand financial aspects of the jobForecasting prepare budget projection and control costs within agreed upon limitsProvide letters, proposals, memos, contracts, change orders, strategies, etc. for good business procedures and legal protectionBilling, knowing job costsBuild and manage relationships with internal and external customersExternal leadership of client meetings and development of contracts to finalize salesMaintain cordial relationships with all clients, including vendors, subcontractors, and the industryInterested in hearing more?
