Job Purpose
Highly driven and experienced excellence Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on Finance Excellence, Modern Finance Transformation, Finance Data Management, and cross-functional process improvement. The role will work closely with Enterprise Finance, CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and other departments to streamline processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support the transition to a digital, agile finance organization.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Activity: Finance Excellence & Transformation
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and future-ready finance operating models.
• Lead process redesign initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and control across finance and other functions.
• Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement opportunities in financial reporting, planning, and operations.Finance Data Management & Governance
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure integrity, consistency, and availability of finance data.
• Collaborate with data stewards, CIO, and finance teams to define and enforce data standards and quality rules.
• Support master data management and finance system harmonization initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Serve as the key link between Finance and departments like CIO, Procurement, Human Capital, and Strategy
• Align priorities and lead initiatives across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes etc.

PMP and/or Agile certification required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering
Experience
10+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or project management.
Expertise in process modeling, finance operations, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• MBA or Master’s in Finance/Information Systems is .
• 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or similar Experience in power plant or manufacturing
