Job Description
Salter Grange is recruiting an Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager for a Leading Specialist Engineering Contractor that operates across Europe’s Data Centre, Life Sciences, residential, and Commercial sectors.

The successful Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager will join an already established, high-performing team on a Pharmaceutical Project in the Nordics.
Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager Role:
· Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and Lead Engineers to achieve effective cost control and optimize sales within project constraints.
· Implement and monitor weekly productivity metrics at the worksite while maintaining control over project progress.
· Develop a comprehensive training plan for project staff and operatives in alignment with the Project Director's vision.
· Oversee the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with specified timelines.
· Facilitate monthly team meetings to assess project progress against established milestones.
· Ensure strict adherence to program schedules, materials deliveries, engineering standards, quality control, and safety protocols.
· Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to conduct audits in accordance with the project's design plan.
· Hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, focusing on health, safety, and training compliance.
· Ensure strict compliance with all relevant technical standards within the construction industry and local authorities' requirements, where applicable.
· Effectively manage labor and subcontractors, ensuring seamless installation processes.
· Develop and adapt project work plans as needed to meet evolving project requirements.
· Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders while actively managing their needs.
Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager Requirements:
· A trade or degree qualification in electrical or electrical and instrumentation discipline.
· Demonstrated expertise in the electrical contracting field with a minimum of 3 - 5 years in a Project Management role.
· Previous experience in pharmaceutical construction projects is highly desirable.
