Job Description

Overall Project Manager - Semiconductor Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction from design to completion.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor quality and conduct site inspections.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate facility commissioning and handover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years managing construction projects, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction, HVAC, and specialized utility systems.
• Project management certification (PMP ).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
