• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Edge Estimating, Procore ).

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role involves planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of single-ply, asphalt, cold/hot applied, and metal roofing systems.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Edge Estimating, Procore ).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

We're also open to APM, Senior PM, Operations Managers, Service Managers, Superintendents and Estimators in the area with 2+ years commercial roofing experience.
