Job Description

BMS PROJECT MANAGER (Contract)\n\nLondon (hybrid/flexible) | 6-12 months | £400-£500 per day (Outside IR35)\n\nWe're working with a prestigious client in the building controls industry who are looking for an experienced BMS (building management systems) Project Manager to oversee a range of small to large-scale projects across London and the surrounding areas.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with strong BMS expertise who enjoys leading projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget and timescales are consistently achieved.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nLeading contract meetings and managing project status from handover through to completion\n\nWorking closely with customers to understand and deliver site-specific requirements\n\nProviding technical guidance to clients and colleagues across BMS projects\n\nManaging budgets, supplier orders and ensuring efficient project cash flow\n\nDesigning control strategies, point lists and system descriptions for commissioning teams\n\nStaying up to date with industry developments and applying them to projects\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nProven Project Management experience within the BMS/BEMS industry\n\nStrong knowledge of systems such as Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens\n\nGood understanding of M&E principles and how they apply to BMS\n\nCommercial awareness with the ability to maximise profitability on projects\n\nConfident IT skills and ability to train/mentor others\n\nWhy apply?\n\nAttractive daily rate (Outside IR35)\n\nFlexible/hybrid working available\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile projects with a leading name in the industry\n\nIf you're ready to take on this exciting contract role, apply today
