The Position:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a defined project over a 6-month period. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project on time, within scope, and within budget. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project goals are clearly communicated and achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule.
• Track project budget, costs, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication of status updates, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish; contract or short-term project experience a plus.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools
• PMP or other project management certification but not required.
