Job Title: CRM Project Manager
Location: Remote with periodic on-site meetings in Beverly, MA
Duration: 10-12 months

Notes: Our client seeks a strategic and technically proficient Consultant to support the Institutional Advancement (IA) Office through successfully implementing Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT (RE NXT). The Consultant will serve as the primary liaison between the IA team, Blackbaud, third-party software providers, and campus stakeholders throughout the transition from Jenzabar, ensuring project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and daily advancement operations continue without disruption.
This role is essential to ensuring that institutional knowledge, fundraising strategy, and technical implementation are aligned as they modernize its constituent relationship management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Coordination
Serve as the day-to-day lead for the RE NXT implementation project on behalf of the IA division. Liaise with Blackbaud project managers, developers, and data specialists to coordinate scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation. Translate project milestones into actionable plans for Endicott stakeholders, ensuring business continuity and user readiness.
Data Management & Validation
Partner with IA’s Senior Director of Advancement Operations on the data migration process from Jenzabar, including mapping, testing, and validation of gift, constituent, and engagement data. Review and guide data cleansing activities; help establish policies and procedures for data integrity post-implementation.
Workflow & Process Design
Collaborate with advancement leadership to design efficient business processes in RE NXT that support fundraising, stewardship, alumni relations, and reporting. Recommend improvements to operational workflows that align with industry best practices and RE NXT functionality.
Training & Change Management
Provide tailored training and documentation to ensure IA staff, including leadership, are confident users of RE NXT. Support change management by facilitating workshops, building trust, and ensuring transparent team communication.
Integration & Reporting
Advise on integration needs between RE NXT and systems such as GiveCampus, and event/marketing platforms. Assist in building key reports, dashboards, and exports that support campaign tracking, donor pipelines, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Experience leading or advising on a Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT implementation or migration from a legacy CRM
Strong understanding of fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and alumni engagement Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and technical implementations
