Still family-owned and operated, the Grace Management brands have blossomed into international players, with our products currently being sold in over 90 countries.

We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill the position of Project Manager.

The Project Manager for Grace Management Group is a full-time position supporting the Product Development Team. Product Development is responsible for the detailed execution of all development and testing of products for the Grace Management Brands: Greenleaf, VOTIVO, Bridgewater Candle Company, & NOTES.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate projects in alignment with biannual Product Launches.
• Complete assigned administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Research information as required.
• Source raw materials both domestically and internationally.
• Schedule and communicate raw material testing.
• Provide costing and set up documentation to Suppliers and Accounting.
• Work with QC and Marketing Teams on new product requests, required testing and spec sheets.
• Keep track of and report on project progress.
• Organize, compile, and submit support documentation on completion of a project.
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Product Development Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to participate and thrive in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Respond proactively to the needs of the department
• Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Software
• Effective and Strong Communication, both in written and oral forms.
• Strength in Scheduling and Time Management.
• Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• At least 2 years of Project Management experience preferred
