About the Role:
As a Delivery Lead/Project Manager at Capua, you will be a pivotal team member in ensuring the future growth of Capua. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent focused projects across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for managing a fully remote team while closely communicating with the founding team. This role requires a strong background in sales, headhunting, or recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully. Excellent organizational skills are essential for effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. This role offers fantastic progression and growth opportunities within the company, for instance growing and managing a larger UK team. You would also get the opportunity to engage with a wide range of interesting clients both remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of projects
- Manage and oversee the delivery of client recruitment projects, leveraging a highly skilled team alongside a range of advanced task management tools and AI automations
- Lead a team and ensure effective communication with the founding team.
- Utilize your sales, headhunting, or recruitment background to drive successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions, upselling larger projects where possible and actively looking for new opportunities to generate revenue
- Engaging with clients on a daily basis ensuring they are completely satisfied with the progress of their hiring project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Adhere closely to project management and reporting tools, ensuring all project statuses are transparent across the company
- Actively participate in projects and candidate searches where necessary, communicating with candidates and clients in negotiations
- Provide regular updates and reports to the founding team on project status and performance
Requirements:
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong background in sales, headhunting, or recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset to identify and address project challenges.
- Proficienct across a range of technology tools, e.g. MS Office, Google suite, ChatGPT etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary in the range of £30,000 - £50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Quarterly bonuses depending on personal & company performance, target OTE of £10-30K
