Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level engineer to contribute to essential municipal utility projects across the state. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and public-sector clients to design and deliver critical water infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the design and execution of pipelines, pump stations, lift stations, and treatment facilities.

Collaborate directly with municipal and utility clients to align on project goals and requirements.

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams.

Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and regulatory submittals.

Support proposal development, cost estimating, and occasional business development efforts.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a strong, team-oriented work environment.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.

3–8 years of experience in water/wastewater utility design.
-
Previous work with municipal or utility clients (Florida project experience ).

Working knowledge of Florida design standards and permitting processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

P.E. license is not required for this role, those working toward licensure are encouraged to apply.
