Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level engineer to contribute to essential municipal utility projects across the state. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and public-sector clients to design and deliver critical water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the design and execution of pipelines, pump stations, lift stations, and treatment facilities.

• Collaborate directly with municipal and utility clients to align on project goals and requirements.

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams.

• Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and regulatory submittals.

• Support proposal development, cost estimating, and occasional business development efforts.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a strong, team-oriented work environment.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.

• 3–8 years of experience in water/wastewater utility design.

• Previous work with municipal or utility clients (Florida project experience ).

• Working knowledge of Florida design standards and permitting processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

• P.E. license is not required for this role, those working toward licensure are encouraged to apply.
