Job Description Were looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our clients team based near Keele! Youll focus on Adoptable Pumping Stations, taking quoted designs and turning them into technical drawing packs, submitting for approval, and managing amendments through to final sign-off. Youll also assist with material procurement, provide first-line technical support to site engineers, and prepare documentation including O&M manuals. This opportunity would suit someone with experience generating 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawings, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. This Full-Time, Permanent position offers excellent career progression opportunities! What youll be doing Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings for pumping station projects Take quoted designs through the approval process, managing amendments as required Assist with the procurement of materials to meet installation deadlines Provide technical support to site engineers and respond to queries Prepare and maintain O&M manuals and other project documentation Feedback commercial trends and market requirements to the team Liaise with colleagues, managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible) Pay £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) Skills/Experience Required A valid UK driving licence is essential Proven experience generating 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawings Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines Strong organisational and methodical approach Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications Confident in supporting technical queries from site engineers Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite) Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Private healthcare Critical illness cover Death in service benefit Free on-site parking Day shifts, no weekends Flexible working arrangements Supportive team environment Training provided and opportunities for career progression Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
