This position is available in the Austin, Texas area.

Immediately, we are looking for individuals with a background commercial construction to fulfill the responsibilities of Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.


Essential Duties include:

  • Draft Requests for Information
  • Accurately keep and distribute meeting minutes
  • Review and distribute Submittals
  • Close out documentation
  • Punchlist understanding and distribution
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Willingness for some travel
  • Willingness to work some nights and weekends

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years construction or construction engineering experience
  • Experience in Commercial Construction is a plus
  • Proficient with Technology
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Procore Experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit; frequently stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and use hands to finger, feel and handle.
  • Must be talk one-on-one and to large groups and hear in construction settings.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must frequently lift and or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
