Are you passionate about projects and helping people succeed? Are you team-oriented? Omnitech is looking to add a dedicated, eager, and open-minded Project Coordinator to either our Rapid City, SD, or Sioux Falls, SD location. This is a full-time, on-site position.
As an Omnitech Project Coordinator, you will assist the project management team in planning, organizing and executing initiatives. You will monitor plans, schedules, work hours and budgets to ensure customer needs and deadlines are met. Organizing and participating in meetings and preparing detailed meeting minutes, presentations and summary documents are essential. Your goal will be to solidify Omnitech’s presence in the local marketplace and nationwide through consistent delivery of a rewarding customer experience. Using a consultative approach, and working with other members of the Omnitech team, you will coordinate efforts from conception through implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
· One to three years of experience as a project coordinator or project lead.
· Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
· Success in leading and managing peers in a team-based environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
