Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and exceptional organizational skills. The position will support the Program Management members and ensure project schedules meet or exceed our customers' expectations. The Project Coordinator will work with all Program team members and will report to the Director of Program Management.

Role Objectives

• Initiate new projects via direct coordination with Program Managers
• Be a liaison between Program Managers and our customers to define project requirements, scopes of work, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders day-to-day to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
• Assist in solving day-to-day issues that may arise to achieve team success
• Broaden partnerships with 3rd party vendors to support the estimating procedure
• Gather data and produce periodic reports for the Director's review
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Operations, and Inventory Manager to track and review inventory levels

Target Skills and Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in project coordination
• Experience with coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Proven success in working with all levels of management
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
