Project Administrator – Role Overview



This role involves supporting the project delivery team within a strategic transformation initiative aimed at enhancing budget efficiency and developing a sustainable operational and financial model.  This role is targeting someone that has worked within an administrative position, ideally within a project delivery team, but not essential.



The remit to this position to provide superior administrative support to the project programme, ensuring meetings, documentation and communications are well co-ordinated.



Key responsibilities include:



In-box management for the project team



Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take meetings accordingly following up on action points



Diary management for the Project Manager and CFO



Support in project tracking timelines and updating project plans appropriate



Provide administrative support with budget tracking



Process PO, invoices & expense claims



The ideal Assistant Project Administrator will possess:



Previous experience of working within an administrative role in the past



Well developed IT skills including Excel & PowerPoint



Ability to take minutes
