The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operations of assigned residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining quality service delivery, and fostering a positive, person-centered environment. The Program Manager works collaboratively with the Program Director and other leadership staff to uphold the mission and values of BrightPath Human Services. This position requires on-call duties. Typical work schedule is M-F 8am-4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of assigned residential programs, ensuring consistent and high quality supports.
- Supervise and Support the Senior Direct Support Professional and DSP's, including scheduling, coaching and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with ISPs, BSPs, RPPs, and health care directives.
- Ensure compliance with the 6400/6100 regulations.
- Participate in Team Meetings, Staff development and interdisciplinary planning.
- Conduct routine site visits and quality reviews.
- Responding to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
- Serve as a point person with families, case managers (support coordinators), and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the program budgets
- Ensure staff receive required training and maintain current certifications.
- Promotes and leads with BrigthtPath Human Services Core Values. Providing a supportive, inclusive environment for all.
- Any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field . Combination of experience can be taken into account in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in IDD services or a Residential Support Setting.
- Strong Organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours in the event of an emergency and partake in on-call responsibilities.
