Primary Accountabilities:

• Maintain SAFETY.
• Enforce food SAFETY and quality processes.
• Hold team members accountable for process.
• Support team growth by training, coaching, and developing teams to meet production goals while minimizing material loss.
• Monitor equipment, solve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain rigor to process.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in food manufacturing or facility operations.
• SAP experience .
