About Our Client
One of our prestigious clients in the advanced manufacturing industry, known for large-scale system integration and rapid growth, is expanding its production operations in Texas. They support multiple high-tech build projects, including liquid cooling and data center rack integration.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain production schedules – Support daily/weekly MPS planning and evaluate impacts from scheduling changes.
- Ensure material readiness – Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to release components on time.
- Manage planning data – Update ERP/MRP data, including BOM revisions, lead times, and MOQs.
- Support inventory control – Monitor WIP and component levels; identify excess or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with production lines – Communicate schedule updates, prioritize urgent jobs, and resolve material issues, including liquid cooling and rack assembly stations.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in planning, material control, or scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of EMS or similar high-tech assembly sectors
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
