Production Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Pay: $23.00/hour
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 weeks)
Post-Training Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

About the Role:
Join a leading pharmaceutical company committed to quality, innovation, and improving lives. We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This is a long-term temporary role with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment in accordance with GMP and safety standards
• Monitor and document production processes and product quality
• Perform material handling duties, including forklift operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Schedule Details:

• Training: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (first 2 weeks)
• After Training: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights, including weekends and holidays)

Qualifications:

• Stable work history with a strong attendance record
• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (required)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
