Job Description

Product Solution Engineer - Semiconductor / Defence - London, UK

A fast-growing semiconductor company is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer to support customers across secure digital infrastructure solutions. We're looking for someone with strong technical ability, a proactive mindset, and experience working directly with customers to deliver high-impact solutions.

In this role, you’ll act as the technical link between customers and the company—leading engagements, running demos and POCs, guiding solution design, and building trusted long-term relationships.

Essential Experience

• Strong understanding of networking, secure communications, encryption, and IT infrastructure
• Customer-facing background (pre-sales, post-sales, or solution engineering)
• Ability to interpret requirements and design clear, secure technical solutions
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience delivering demos/POCs or lab environments
• Comfortable working with IT teams, technical architects, and senior stakeholders
• Eligible for German Security Clearance (SÜG)

Desirable

• Experience with UK government, defence, telecoms, or critical infrastructure customers
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, or broader cybersecurity standards
• Familiarity with cloud, hybrid environments, or secure data storage
• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure Security, Security+, etc.)
• Exposure to RFI/RFP processes and solution architecture documentation
