Ampco Pumps is a fast-growing manufacturer of centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps and mixing & blending equipment used in the food and dairy industries, desalination, and various chemical and industrial applications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Return and Compliance Coordinator to support and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, sustainability and compliance. This role plays a key part in handling the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, coordinating sustainability reporting and aligning our operational practices with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• RMA Process Coordination

• • Track product returns and analyze root causes related to manufacturing or design issues.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to streamline RMA handling.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to reduce return rates and improve product lifecycle performance.

• Sustainability Reporting
  • Collect and compile sustainability data for reporting to corporate.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to support sustainability initiatives and track progress.
• ISO & Compliance Support
  • Maintain documentation and be the lead on audits related to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Track and support corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in procedures and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Standardize processes and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at operational excellence and compliance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RMA processing/returns, compliance, operations, or process improvement roles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and ERP experience.
