Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions with vendors or feasible providers, and look for the best option in the market.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
  • Research and find suppliers that produce quality items or offer astounding services within the business’s budget (Staffing agencies, hotels, airlines, rentals, etc.)
  • Perform price analysis, comparing available goods or services with industry trends to determine the most suitable provider.
  • Track inventory and restock goods when needed, working closely with the project team to understand details of procurement requirements.
  • Analyze and monitor suppliers’ performance and manage disputes with suppliers regarding pricing, conditions, and terms.
  • Analyze invoices for all contracted services to ensure accuracy to approve payments.
  • Register all purchases of each project for accurate client billing, maintaining accurate records regarding project expenses.
  • Record purchases for proper reconciliation by the administration department.
  • Manage the company’s Mexico, Canada, and US Avetta connections for every project and make sure they are in compliance and complete any questionnaires and manual audits required.
  • Update the company’s information and insurance policies

    Qualifications:
  • Experience managing travel logistics ( but not required)
  • Experience supporting field operations, construction, or logistics projects is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage budgets
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase order processes (experience with PO entry )
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Spanish is a plus.
