Interim Procurement Specialist – Asset Management (South West Hybrid)



Immediate start for an interim specialist with hands-on experience in asset management or works contracts procurement. Knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23 frameworks is essential. Must understand Capital and Revenue contract requirements and ideally have Section 20 Leasehold Consultation experience. Housing sector background strongly .



Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site, 6‑month IR35 contract
